It is the policy of Scott Memorial Hospital to comply with every applicable state and federal law and regulation. We will not tolerate any violation of a law or regulation by an employee, agent, or contractor.

If you believe you are aware of a violation, report that violation immediately to William Greene, Scott Memorial Hospital's Corporate Compliance Officer.

3)   You may leave written communication in the slotted, locked, wooden box affixed to the wall next to the employee information board located at the entrance to the maintenance department.

You may remain anonymous.

If you wish to be kept informed of the investigation of your report, you must provide a name and means of contact. That information will be kept confidential.

Any questions or comments regarding compliance are welcome and we encourage you to communicate them freely.

No one will be punished for raising compliance issues at 
Scott Memorial Hospital!
