The Joint Commission

Scott Memorial Hospital is proud to be a participant of the Joint Commission Accreditation process.

The hospital is surveyed by Joint Commission every three years, with the Laboratory surveyed every two years.

During non-survey years by Joint Commission, the hospital is surveyed by the State of Indiana Board of Health.

As part of the Joint Commission process, the hospital encourages any individual with concerns regarding patient care or safety to contact the hospital.
