       When we had an Open House to showcase the $7.4 million addition and renovation that had just been completed, it was more than just an Open House. It was a celebration of 45 years of serving the healthcare needs of our community.

This project is a prime example of our re-investment in the future of Scott County and our dedication to the health of our community.

Our greatest asset is our team of employees, physicians and volunteers. This year, we are making a strong investment and commitment to developing this major asset. This includes leadership development, scholarships, technical training and building our organization around the Five Pillars of Excellence:

These pillars and our Standards of Excellence will allow us to meet our Vision and Mission Statements. They challenge us with the goals that help us make our organization the best it can possibly be.
