Patricia Reed Tate, M.D.
Board Certified in Dermatology
Dr. Tate began her practice in 1978 after completing her Residency in Dermatology
at the University of Louisville Medical Center. She earned her undergraduate
degree in Biology at Indiana University in Bloomington and graduated from
the Indiana School
of Medicine. She also completed an internship at Baptist Hospital in Memphis,
Tennessee, prior to residency. She has been a Clinical Professor of Dermatology
at the University of Louisville since 1979, and is a consultant at the
Louisville Veteran’s Hospital Administration Center.
Dr. Tate practices General Dermatology of hair, nail and skin conditions including warts, acme, rashes and skin cancers.
Dr. Tate’s Dermatology Clinic is held on Monday mornings at the Medical Specialty Center located on the north side of Scott Memorial Hospital.
