Guild Scholarship

Scott Memorial Hospital Guild Brunton-Mumford Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship was established from the Martha Jane Brunton Fleenor estate. The purpose is to assist students who wish to major in the healthcare field. The scholarship is worth $1,000 the first year and may be renewed each year for five years total, based on the eligibility of the student, for up to $5,000. Eligibility requires that:

• You are an adult currently enrolled or planning to enroll at a 2-year or 4-year accredited college or university
• You will take a minimum of two classes each semester. Distance education is allowed.
• You will major in the healthcare field.

The scholarship is administered through the Scott Co. Community Foundation.
